Bouaye is one of the towns bordering Lake Grand Lieu, offering great opportunities to explore “La Maison du Lac,” and is close to Nantes, its airport, the Atlantic Coast, and other attractions. “Le Robelier” is a developed village surrounded by walking paths along vineyards, horse pastures, and the woods of Parc de la Mévelière in the town center. Our two rentals, “Le Nid” and “L’Étang,” adjacent to our main home, offer: • Independent access with a key box if we’re absent • Private outdoor area with tables for each rental • Each rental has a 140 cm bed and a two-seater sofa, bathroom with WC, and a kitchenette. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are provided. • Essentials for your first breakfast are included (brioche, jam, butter, milk, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate). General terms and the welcome booklet, detailing everything you’ll find in the rentals, are sent after booking or on request to help you choose. Our motto: "To know you well is to welcome you well." Studio – LE NID – “cozy and peaceful” Attic studio on the 1st floor, 26 m² (50% under Carrez law), with some sloped ceilings (kids love the treehouse feel, but taller guests should mind beams at 1.60 m). There’s a bathroom with shower, sink, WC (towels and hairdryer provided), and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave/grill, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes for 4/5. The 140 cm bed is made up on arrival with duvet and cover. A two-seater sofa bed is also available (bed linen provided and ready on arrival). The studio has a TV, wardrobe, storage space (vacuum, drying rack, cleaning supplies).

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided. - The 1st breakfast is provided (brioche, jam, butter, milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea, chocolate). . T2 - L'ETANG - "charm and calm The apartment is a 26M2 T2, on the first floor, with direct access to the living room, allowing you to enjoy the tables in the private area near the kitchenette equipped with microwave/grill, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery for 4 people, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, table, chairs and 2-seater sofa-bed - hallway with storage unit (vacuum cleaner) (see photo 4 in gallery above) - bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC (hairdryer supplied) - bedroom with 140cm bed, overlooking the pond (private access) Our motto: "Knowing you well, to welcome you well".
